Safeguarding Supervision

It’s essential that staff are properly supported with their work. Supervision ensures work with young people is effective, safe and follows procedures. It helps staff manage the complicated feelings that arise and sometimes distort the way in which we respond to incidents and concerns.

Having a skilled supervisor is essential.

We provide highly trained supervisors with a depth of safeguarding practice background and a good understanding of the task of the DSL and your team.

Supervision can be provided to Designated Safeguarding Leads, deputies and other staff on both an individual or group based arrangement.
